Hublot is a Swiss luxury watch brand. The brief was to design the exclusive member’s platform for Hublot called Hublotista. The platforms celebrates three main values which are ownership, discovery, and experience. Members can find all the care and service information regarding their watches in one place. It is not only a secure place to store all the data, but it also educates the owners about the material used, the designs, and how to take care of their timepieces. Hublotistas get exclusive access to events around the world and are the first to hear about new additions to the collection.
I was the UX designer on this project owning most of the pages and design decisions throughout the whole execution of the project, including the wrapping up and annotating for the final delivery. I worked closely with the stakeholders and was the main contact for the outsourced developing team.
The art of fusion
Hublot has a very clear identity as it has a unique ability to create timepieces which combine tradition and innovation. Therefore, it was very important to convey that image across the digital space.
Our target was to seamlessly raise advocacy and loyalty for the brand by providing anticipatory support. We also aim to inspire users for further purchases and cross-sell.
Tailored experience
Hublotista serves relevant products & content at the right time, through data generated lead. Personalised content is the core of the experience to ensure a deepened relationship with the users.

By elevating Hublotista events and use them to generate premium social stories and elevate brand status. Giving users access to exclusive experiences and events.
